How much will it cost to ship my order?

Standard shipping is $10
We ship USPS, so you can expect your order to arrive in 2-7 days.

*In some cases shipping may be more due to size of item. Always check the description box to determine if an item will cost more.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Most orders placed will ship within 24 hours. We will do everything we can to get your purchase shipped as soon as possible. In some cases, items may have to be reordered before we can ship them to you, though this is rare, please be aware! If this is the case, we will usually note it in the description box! 

Can I pickup items in store that I purchase online?

Yes! We love our local friends. During checkout please select In Store Pick Up as shipping option to pickup items purchased in store! We are located at 1118 Kentworth Dr, Holly Springs, NC 27540

Is gift-wrapping available?
Absolutely! We LOVE pretty packages! If you want an item gift-wrapped please include a note in the section during checkout!

Can I change my order once submitted?
To offer the quickest shipping possible, we process orders very quickly. If a change needs to be made please call us at (919) 285-3729 ASAP. 

What is Thanks A Latte’s return policy?

Sorry, no returns. If for any reason you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the cost for store credit (which can be used for coffee or gifts). You are responsible for shipping and handling on returned items & original purchase S&H will not be refunded. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item please contact as soon as possible (919) 285-3729

All personalized & monogramed gifts purchased at Thanks’a’Latte are final sale. If a mistake has been made please contact us as soon as possible. If we made a mistake a replacement will be given. Please note: we cannot replace an item for free unless the mistake was on our end. This is why you should always double (even triple!) check your monogram order forms!

All sale items are FINAL SALE. Gift cards are not returnable or exchangeable for cash.
